Actually if you have any card that has a TV out option and also a MPEG
capture card, you can do it. Just make a digital record of what's on your
screen (via per example the TV out and a VHS tape recorder).
Also, you could use the GPL screenshot utility, but Im not sure if it's
compatible with N3 or other Papyrus title. Im almost sure it's not with
other titles since it's not even the same key you need to press to do a
screenshot.
But your idea above is impossible. A codec or MPG creator software simply
cannot learn to do things like that. Making it say "go and load some files
that go together to form a 3d environment and apply the data of another file
(replay)" is 100% impossible.
