GPL / the fast lane hot laps

I am a newbie at GPL and read as many of the posts as I can to try to
understand how the fast guys do. As some others, I tried using fast set
ups downloaded, to much disapointment as they are absolutely not for me.
Then I started downloading and looking at replays. I find this to be
VERY helpful. Yes it's a waste of time because you don't play, but you
can see (and hear) the curb approach, the change in gears, the bracking
points etc.. I found this to be a very useful tip and after much
practice (and yes, copying......) I finally got under the 1'30 at Monza
and now can remain within the 1'29 to 1'30 pretty much steadily. Even
got best lap (in a novice race though).
I have noticed that The Fast Lane now has a hot lap section and aws
wondering if some of the Jim Clark's of the newsgroup could send their
laps so that we, newbies, can learn !
Feed us, we're craving !!!
