F12000 concerns

I have a 333 PII with 128 megs of ram, 32 speed CD-ROM, 545 megs left on
the drive, and a D3D card that is ancient and hasn't had updated drivers
made since August 1998.  SCGT and N3 comes out like a film negative on
it, but SCGT isn't as bad and when there is rain or someone locks up the
brakes it's back to normal.  Also, my LucasArts games work fine on it.
How do you think F12000 will work on my 'puter?

Is there a software mode, or is 3d acceleration required?

It probably won't work, since your video card doesn't support DX7.0.
