I saw  a testdrive of Tom Coronel whit the F!2000 sim ,
it looks very good in order of graphics, but the sound are very poor .
The handling of the car  looks like the same as SPORTS CAR GT
to me.
The car was breaking very late before the corners, so late it did not look
good.

These are my first impressions of what i saw this morning.

To me even the graphics didn't look very good, did they even take a look at
the tracks? There was a bit too much ambient effect in the engine sound but
I didn't think it sounded very bad.
The physics looked bad in the hands of TC, but it's too soon to judge
because he was driving plain stupid (trying to brake at 50 metres or later
at every corner).
I'm 100% sure that it's not a GP3 beater after seeing it, I'll buy it but
just to do some modern F1 driving.

You can win a copy of the game by answering a question, they showed a
picture and you have to say what it is. It was a alu wheel trim disc(don't
know the term, but you probably know what I mean). It's possible to respond
through mail, but I'm not sure what the email address is.
And I don't think they'll accept other than dutch responses. But you can
always give it a try. Try to search www.rtl5.nl for the address or maybe
somebody else in this ng knows it.

Saw it again just, now have to say I still hate the graphics and now the
sound as well. TC managed to brake at the 50 m sign and still made the first
corner quite good. We don't know whether it was in arcade mode or something
like that (does it exist), let's just hope so.

I didn't like the sound much, but that could be because  it was via
TV. The track was a bit bright to my liking, but was otherwise ok. The
car in use was an Arrows A21, already in the new colors. The***pit
perspective seemed a bit off, but it could be that they did setup
the monitor wrong.

The physics seemed a bit weak , but I guess TC was using some steering
help. This is very hard to judge from TV anyway, you've to drive
yourself to be sure...I say this because TC leaved the pits with smoke
coming from the rear tires, steering to the left, then to the right to
enter the track. This without countersteering...

Anyway, I'll buy the game, since it will be the best modern F1
simulator available for at least three months. And it will be the only
sim with the 2000 season. And I'm sure when setup right, it will
perform better then it did in the RTL5 TV show....

My guess is, just like they were doing for the GP3 testing area, is the driver
aids are on.  If possiable, I heard it was to be replayed.  If you can get it
from tv to mpg please do so.

I'm sure the ABS brake help was on. Because with it off they lockup easily
if your not careful. You can not brake after 150m or you'll pretty much wont
make the turn unless your initals are M.S. :)
