F1RS and GPL comparison

OK so comparison between the two is a bit chalk and cheese.  I got F1RS
and the demo GPL over Easter and switching between the two I definitely
get the impression that the car in F1RS "floats" along the track whereas
GPL appears to model vertical movement much more effectively.  After
watching the real racers crashing across the bumps in Argentina the same
weekend (especially that one bump before the back straight), maybe this
is a weak point in F1RS and a reason why some rave over the GPL.

Terry are looking at it properly?I have just raced around Argentina with
F1RS,and you do get the sensation of the bumps very well(the whole car
shakes)in car and on outside TV mode.

Your first sentence is 100% correct.

You are comparing apples with bananas and it just doesn't make any sense.
There are 30 years between the two eras and if the programmers are even
*HALF* right then of course there is a difference!!
