The problem is Turtle Beach apparently has a very limited distribution in
Canada as a whole.  Creative cards are everywhere.  My supplier is trying to
locate one and a price, but as I said, I have never seen them for sale and
I'm in the IT business.

There's really only one.

It's called the Turtle Beach Santa Cruz.

You can look it up at www.turtlebeach.com.

I see them all over the place here in the US.

Try Mail Order ?  Web Order?

The cards are definitely out there.

WinXP Upgrade = GPLStatic and NR2002 Hiss

Hey folks, I hope this thread is about noise in GPL. I recently tried the
OpenGL patch and it's very nice but I get terrible static out of the
speakers. I even d/l the Carsound patch. It's a bit better but still lots of
crackling and breaking up of sound. Using a SB Live Gamer. Is there a fix
for this? All other games are good, LFS, N2K2. I have no idea what to do
now. Don't want to go back to D3D. That means switching video mode for each
game. Sorry if that sounds lame but GPL always has been fun and I'd like to
be able to jump back into it with OpenGL.

Thank you:
