In real life, it *could* make sense if the wreck happens on the s/f
line and the car is still sitting on the racing surface somewhere
between turns 4 and 1. However, in online racing where lag, warp, and
driver inattentiveness are rampant, slowing suddenly because you
don't want to pass someone coming back to the caution is fraught with
problems, especially at the short tracks. It's hard enough to get
drivers to slow reasonably *after* they take the caution.
If the track isn't blocked, and if you're racing for position or
trying to get a lap back, I really don't see the problem as long as
you don't wreck someone in the process.
