Daytona!! what a terrible way to treat us!!

I am in the UK and have bought every damn Sierra/papyrus auto sim that
they have made. the Nascar series has always suffered due to no daytona
track!! and now!! its released in this manner. How the hell is someone
in the UK ever going to have a chance of getting that track! I think
this is a pretty poor showing.

The papy license from Daytona apparently does not allow them general
release, but is only to allow N3 to be included in the Daytona 500
Millenium program folder.  This is another case of the tail wagging the
dog - Daytona is using Papyrus, not the other way around.
