Good excuse for a random track generator! :)  Something like 1nsane's
terrain generator would be just dandy.

Unnless you've thought otherwise by now... please allow me to add a "little"
<g> correction...

The number's refers to the severety (sp?) (i.e angle) of the turn... the
higher the number the sharper and thus *slower* the corner is...

Cliff is correct.

Colin McRae actually uses a non-standard system with his co-driver...and
they used that in "his" game.

As in a response, and as I just learned, this method is the way Colin McRae
does it, but not the other drivers.   =)

not the wrong way.  the codriver in CMR1 (and CMR2) calls the
preferred gear for every corner, because that's how Nicky Grist does
it in RL.
