N2002-crickets in my engine!

     I got rid of the static via the core.ini file (buffer size is now
3),
but now there is a real strange sound effect when I am running at
high revs-my engine sounds like it is infested with crickets!  It is
rather distracting and I would love to go back to the throaty
roar I had with N4...
