It's the NROS, the Nascar Racing Online Series, a sanctioned NASCAR league
run on TEN using Nascar Racing 2. Or they moved to other racing sims.

It was either Monday or Tuesday this week at around 9pm that they
decided to reset their servers. You could hear rebooting PC's all
across the world :)
The weekends have been shakey, lately, as well. This is especially bad
because they don't staff up well for the weekends (or so it seems).
