This is driving me nuts!!
Somehow my task manager lost its top header. The one that says Windows Task
Manager and under that File, Options, View, Windows and help. Also the line
under that which says Applications, Processes and performance.
Does anyone know how to get this back?
The way it is if I open it I can't close it or minimize it so it just sits
in the desktop and takes up space.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks   MILO

Try doubleclicking on it.

Can't help you with the header but if you need to close it, make sure it's
the active window and then press alt-f4.  This usually closes any active
window.

Yep - this is a "feature" of task manager.
Double-click on the border around task manager and the title bar will reappear.
Not sure of the usefullness of the feature but it's there nonetheless.

More than likely they put that feature for admins who monitor net activity
but dont need the other stuff taking up space.

Double-click in the border and it will re-appear.
