Task Manager Starts and Quickly Stops

When I start the task manager, it opens up as it should and then
immediately shuts back down.

Any suggestion on how to trouble shoot this problem?

Think you might want to pay

If it's not virus or adware related, you might have inadvertantly unstalled
a windows component the Task Manager uses and a complete re-install might be
your quickest way to resolve the problem.
