I know its OT probably strategy but thought guys might be interested.

Just tried an online demo of F1 manager called Formula Y at
http://www.racesimcentral.net/

its free to try for a 2 race demo. Looks fairly in-depth although only
completed one race so far. If you subscribe there is a career mode with car
development etc.

Take a look. I might subcribe although fairly time conuming on a daily
basis. Maybe 3 day option is better.
