NASCAR (PSX) Questions

1. Do other cars ever wipe out to cause a yellow flag? In other words, are
the only wrecks the ones I'm involved in?

2. What about the Default car setup for each track, is it a good starting
point? What setup tips can you advise?

Thanks for your time,

Go to http:\\www.ivga.com
and get the setups they have
in the nascar2 manual
they are the best setups
I think you better have these
setups to compete on NRO
Whenever that may happen

Hello Mark.

No the AI cars do cause wrecks without you around but usually
due to one car sliding out of control and bouncing off the
wall into the path of other cars. I have come up to multi car
crashes (5 or 6 cars) at a number of tracks and of cause the
yellow comes out. The trick is getting through it safely while
"racing back to the line" to take the yellow.
I don't think the AI cause wrecks due to one car miss judging
and tapping another though.

Oops, I just realized he was talking about the Playstation
version so I may have been barking up the wrong tree.

No, i think the PSX version is the same.  There is a sort of warning
on the PS though, in the form of a drop in framerate :)  Still an
amazing game.
