big red racing - SVGA ?!

I got BRR the other day.  It seems like good fun, though CERTAINLY should  
not be confused with a Simulator.  Anway, I've seen repeated references to
an SVGA mode.  How do I toggle this ON/OFF?  I can't see anything in the
manual (am I just not looking hard enough?).  It looks OK when using the
OUTSIDE vies, but the "cockpit" view look like CGA or something!
Any ideas?
(DX4/120 - so might not cope with SVGA anyway!)

Use the + key. It will only fill part of the screen - use the + key
again to make is fill as much of the screen as you can while still
getting a decent framerate.
