PB 120 w/ 16 MB RAM (I think) and says that his system freezes every time
a .wav plays and he's also unable to change the monitor resolution.  Let's
help a fellow racer out here, men!  E-mail him if you can help

The .wav problem sounds like a DMA conflict.  Though he should also
double check for any other cards using the same IRQ the soundcard is
setup for as well.
