Generally, there's no need to save tires at Bristol as 1/4 of the race
is yellow flag racing anyway, and you can pit _way_ before the tires go
to bad shape...
I'd post my setup anyway, but sorry, I'm at work and my PC isn't... if
I remember, I'll take the .stg with me on Monday (Just won in Bristol
yesterday, which was my second win in Nascar racing)

So don't use the "Fast" or "Easy" setups, then.

p.s.: you don't have to run 22 gallons of fuel either - run with a
lighter fuel load if you can get away with it.
