: I launch GPL from the program and start recording. Then I stop
: recording. When I exit GPL I get a dialog "This is not pbf file",
: then a dialog "Cannot open c:\sierra\gpl\test0000.pbf". The directory
: is full of GPLss*.pbf and test*.pbf files, all 0 KB in size.
I'll bet you're using the D3D renderer... I had the same problem as you last
week. GPL doesn't support writing the PBF with D3D (thus 0 byte files).
IIRC, the only way to get screens in GPL is to hit "Prt Scr" then exit GPL
and paste the clipboard into a graphics app.
One of my projects this summer is to write a little app that grabs and saves
the BMP screenshots at intervals. Then convert them to PBFs (if possible)
and use GPL Movie Studio from there.
For some reason GPL2AVI doesn't work on my W2K system (locks up with 100%
CPU usage).
