Having upgraded to a V3 card I know exactly what you mean... full detail racing is
amazing... though I'm still many horsepower short of a solid 36 at 1024 full detail.

But come on, GPL's not really about the graphics is it? Anyone who can't afford to go the
Celeron route needs to dump the fx and enjoy the driving model.... which you can't if the
frame rate's all over the place! Well, I can't anyway :-)

Depends on the track. IMO, France and Spa are ALL about the graphics.
The rest of the tracks are about sheer horse power.
