A while back I downloaded a patch (which I have since lost) that was a sort
of compilation of add-ons that included the Hondas, Coopers, track advert
updates, sounds and more. It was basically a "all in one" patch that I would
unzip into the GPL directory to update the entire sim.

Does anyone know where I can find this patch? I was sure I got it from The
Pits but I can't find it there or anywhere else.

Just downloaded that a couple of days ago myself, what you want is
called "first_aid.zip" get it at the below url under the GPL\utilities
section.
