What are the individual track benchmark times.. are they published
somewhere?
Also what are the track benchmark times for F2 and F3 ?

The benchmark times for F1 are taken from the replays provided by Papy with
the sim for each of the original 11 tracks. To compare your times with
these, add "Papyrus Benchmark" to your buddies list. There are no benchmark
times for F2 or F3 but a handicap of around +90 is considered to be
equivalent to a 0 F1 handicap.

In fact, F2 and F3 times are compared to the *F1* benchmark - which is
why the GPLRanks are slower. Hence (as Phil just said) +90 in an F2 is
considered roughly equivalent to 0 in an F1.
