NASCAR2--looking for some info---

Hi.......

I just purchased NASCAR2, and I really enjoy it. I've been around the net
and downloaded some 'setups' for various races. I'm using a Gravis joypad
which is fine....but....which brings me to question 1....

Any suggestions for the best steering wheel controller to use with N2?

        And my second question.....

Can anyone suggest a spot where I can request a custom car paintjob?
I've been trying with Paint Shop Pro 4.12....and I can't get the hang of
it....

Thnaks in advance for any and all responses......

Welcome to Nascar2!  It's given me hundreds+ hours of enjoyment, and a few grey
hairs...

As far as a wheel I use a Thrustmaster T2...it fairly inexpensive, around
$100.00 and works real well.  They have a newer version out called the Nascar
Pro wheel but I've never used it so can't comment.  With a wheel/peddle combo
you will reall pick-up your lap times and just find the whole sim more
realistic and enjoyable!

As far as a good painter--there's lot's of em out there.  Just start hitting
the N2 sites and you'll find em.  If I knew a specific one I'd tell you but I
don't--sorry.

Have fun, and practice practice practice!

I have been using the Nascar Pro Wheel for some time, and like it very much.
It will cost you about 30 bucks more than the T2, but has double springs on
accelerator and brake. I have broken 2 springs so far, but haven't been down
because of the double spring setup. Thrustmaster says they have an improved
and stronger spring for replacements, haven't received them yet, so I don't
know if they are better or not. My opinion is that the Nascar wheel is worth
the extra money because of the much better feel than the T2. Hope this
helps.
