Has anyone managed to find a UK retailer for the Act Labs wheel? I'd buy one
on-line from Act Labs themselves if the price didn't double by the time you
add on shipping and taxes.

I've searched through Special Reserve but couldn't find any Act-Labs stuff
there. Did you buy yours from them recently?
