Yes they do. Your problem is consisting of having modified n2 files which
the n2 patch wont fix up. You will need the origanol files for it to work
correctly.
Either you have modified the original tracks or you installed the
Grand Nationals Pack, which applies the updates tp the latest version.
Both of those things will cause the patches to not install.
