ICR 1.01 to 1.02 patch problem

So, since I just bought ICR2, and it's the DOS/WIN95/MAC version, I
assume I have version 1.01?  On the CD it says v1.1, and when I start
ICR2 (in DOS) I see v1.00.  Anyone know what's up with this?

When I run the patch (from icr101_2.zip), it goes fine for a while, but
then it chokes on the CALIB.VAL file everytime.  I deleted my prior
installation and reinstalled, then ran the patch.  It stopped when it
could not find the "original" CALIB.VAL file.  So then I went ahead and
started ICR2, calibrated my T2, exited, and ran the patch.  Then it
choked again, saying that the CALIB.VAL file was not the original, so
the patch would not be applied.

Anyone else having this problem?  Does anyone have a fix?
