Hi all,
  during a championship season I've had wierd things happen when I pause
during a race and save a replay.  Everything goes fine and I return
to the***pit to finish up.  But once, when the race ended, the results
were all wrong.  Last night I was in another championship season race
and saved a replay.  Like the first time, I finished the race.  After
crossing the finish line I changed my view to the last place car.  
He crossed the line and kept going!  His lap count stayed on '5 of 7'
and the race never ended, even accelerate time wouldn't finish it up.  

Since I finished out of the points in both races I had no choice but
to reload my season and try again :)  but I don't want to blow any
hard won points finishes like this...

Has anyone else has noticed this?

I didn't know you could do a championship season with just seven laps at
each round

I believe that this is one of the bugs in the game that has been mentioned in
this group.  I don't know if there is anyway around it other than let the game
exit on its own or accelerate race.

Sure...in one of the drive option screens you can set a race%...
