While this game won't challenge GTR 2002, it MAY have the right blend of
sim-lite physics, competitive AI (based on PS One title Jarret/Labonte
Racing with good AI), nice tracks and decent damage model to be a fun change
of pace.

Video doesn't look very promising... it's my experience that arcade games
using real life settings don't work well. Similarly simulations with heavy
arcade influences and a lot of playability compromises don't work either.
Both from a simracer and a more casual gamer's point of view. I'm sure it'll
sell. I'm also sure it will be soon forgotten, regardless of which type of
player buys it.

I agree. I enjoy arcade style racers like Daytona USA when I'm not playing more
serious sims, but I've got no interest in the games that fall in between the two
categories. e.g.
Moto GP
GP4
Total Immersion Racing
etc.etc...
