ICR2- Dash?

Due to a reinstall of my ICR2 game, I have lost the dash that I D'led
from somewhere. Probably the only thing I didn't backup. Now I can't
find it on the web. It was a dash with a black background and a colorful
rev counter, and other colors.
Does anyone know where I can find this dash?
I have newdash2.zip, but it's not the one I'm looking for.
