could someone please give me list on paint programs that can be used to        
paint and design a personal car  I work with a latemodel stock team and want
to paint a car and design the decals to match it for the game

I have had excellent luck with PSP4.0 or 4.1 32bit for Win95, Just be
sure to save as .pcx with options set to version 5 pcx. Should work
great except every now and then after I import I have to edit the
colors, it occasionaly imports black as white.
