Ive downloaded this file from the 'FASTLANE' (excellent site),

its a com file, and I don't know where its supposed to go, or how to call
it.

Any help welcome

Try copying it to your GPL directory. Then doubleclick on it with your
mouse, or use START->RUN, or enter DOS-prompt, go to the directory and
type the filename, or....
