Try setting your shocks and bars at full stiff. Front wing at 16-18. Rear at 7-8. I've
run over 188 on a couple gallons of gas with this setup. It also works good in a race
if you take it easy for the first lap or two and let the tires warm up. And you can win
the race with this setup too.

Well, I have been playing around a little bit more with my set up and
now have a good handle on turn 3.
I went back to my qualifying setup and noticed that my RF tire heated up
just a hair quicker on the outside when I took turn 3 too hard. I put a
couple more degrees negative camber in the RF and now I can take that
corner like I need to (most of the time). Now I've gotta learn to get
through traffic. This can be a really tight track with traffic.
