When racing online in N3 I get strange things happening. My position in the
race is not always reported correctly when hitting F2 key, and other cars
seem to pop up in strange places.
What is happening?

Well, he was probably just assuming that you didn't *know* what warp was...
Do you get the same symptoms with any other online racing game? If not, try
disabling some of your graphics options. If you hit ALT-F you can see what
your frame rate is. A lower frame rate can mean that your system is bogging
down. That can cause problems when online. I haven't run N3 online yet. Does
it shot ping and latency values for the systems you're trying to connect to?
