N99- back-ups at the start

Gentleman, I am overseas in the military and I have missed some topics.  But I
do remember reading something about a fix for the huge back-ups during
restarts.  Does anyone know about this, or know where I can get this fix.  Tell
me that or please e-mail it to me.  I would greatly appreciate your alls help.

I got mine at Racing Design.  It's a track fix specific to each track (you have
to download each track's fix)
