Choppiness just started in my N99

by Fnug » Mon, 26 Apr 1999 04:00:00

Hey all. I have started to get a choppiness in the animation in my N99. It
isn't happening 100% of the time either. Whenever I get to the same spots on
the track (like 3 or 4), doesn't matter what track either, it will run
choppy in both replay and realtime racing. I don't have a huge number of
cars drawn...and I have not touched my FPS, seeing I don't know howto play
with them properly. I am running a P2 350 MMX with a Monster 3d and an SiS
AGP 3d video card and 64 megs ram.    I have added a few patches, but this
didn't start until well after their install. I have the N2 spotter patch,
Sim-world's latest carset (excellent job too I must say) and the 3d body
patch. (sorry, forget the editor/url for this one). Anyway, I don't recall
any choppiness after installing them. The game would run flawlessly and
SMOOOOOOOOOTH.
     Hoping someone can help me.

That started to happen to mine too, but now I have GPL so I don't care, it
isn't just your problem, i had it too. Leave it for a while then play it, it
seemed to work for me!
