I have a logitech wingman FF wheel, and get no FF effects in this game.  I
have been reading that some people get effects-- is this true?

Thanks for any info, --mtnkodiak

Hahaha - it shouldn't even have FF support.  This game is suppose to a radio
control car simulator of some sort - well, kind of.

Yes, it has FF support. I have a MS wheel and it works fine.

In the reame.txt file it tells you how to ad the force feedback lines into the
n3.ini file,
i also have the logitexh and it works fine for me now.

no offence, but duh.  If you raced via a remote controll would you feel the
force feedback.

think before you ask,

Duh, if you raced via remote control would your view track along right
behind the car or be stationary?
It's a computer game, and a reasonable question since FF would make it
more fun.

How about YOU think before you act like a***.

Umm, well actually elsewhere on the 'net, there is a re-volt forum,
and one of the threads was one of those "what we want for the next
release" deals.  You guessed it-- they wanted a "shop", where you
could tune up your car.  Of course, you would also be able to paint
it, etc, etc...  Not a bad idea, really, but I just like to race (and
shoot water baloons and homing-bottle-rockets at opponents :)...

Really guys, on the "full simulation" setting, this sim has the most
realistic physics that I've seen in a long time (and no, I don't race
nascar or indy sims).  If you hit an oil slick with one tire, it
models the slippage on that tire only...  Only thing is,, it's
realistic enough so that one micro-oversteer and you're spun out or
flippen in a nanosecond.  It's kinda frantic that way...

Give RD another few years.

Jens

BTW that was a proper question by MK, so think before you post.
