Here is the problem. Direct X 7, any time you up date with Direct X you
need to update drivers.

Its found with the Microsoft Force Feed Back Wheel, if you don't have the
most current version 3.02 you well take a frame rate hit.

If they running less than 80% free it well take
a hit. Some of these guys well turn up the Force all the way and that well
take a hit on slower machines. The more cars you race will create a hit on
slower machines.

Was a lot of testing of this problem on a couple machines with different
force wheels and the Microsoft wheel had the problem with the driver that
came in the box.
