Like others in this newsgroup, I've deleted CPR to free up hard disk
space for Ubisoft's F1RS.  But what to do with CPR?  I don't think
anybody wants to buy it, and I can't seem to give away, so here are
some alternative uses for the CPR box, manual, and CD.

1.  Put manual and CD in box and fill box with sand.  you have:
     a) a doorstop
     b) a bookend
     c) a weapon

2. The pages of the manual can be used:
    a) to kindle fires
    b) as emergency roadside toilet tissue
    c} as a parrot pooper-scooper

3. The CD can come in handy as:
    a) a coaster
    b) sunken UFO in an aquarium
    c) a small dog pooper-scooper

Anyway, these are just a sample of a plethora of uses for those of us
stuck with this software joke (even after the patch), so don't be too
discouraged!

How about the MS 30 day money back guarantee. Use it!

Ben -- If you drill a little hole near the edge of the CPR CD (it's not
like you're destroying anything of value), it makes a swell Christmas
ornament. Or saw it in half, drill little holes in each half near the
edge, and you've got some truly shag-a-delic earrings for your
chickee-babee (or yourself, if you are so inclined).

It's no good as a frisbee, BTW...

Bart

PS: Don't forget to recycle the manual! Save the box, though -- someday
it'll be a collectors' item in the Game Hall of Shame!

Yeah, too bad some of us who bought CPR when it came out in November
decided to keep it because of the promised "patch". I wonder if MS
will give me my money back now that the patch still did nothing to
help the lack of full-course yellows, incompetent AI, and crappy frame
rates on a "CPR recommended" P166, 32mb ram, Pure 3D(6mb 3DFX card).

(You'd need a lot more than one disk for this...)  Take all your MS CDs and
make a really cool lamp or table.

Make yourself a "Gold Record" plaque.  Turn the disk around so the data side
faces out, of course.  Impress your friends!

Break or cut it into small pieces and make a mosaic.

You can always use it for....

1. A last minute gift for a relative you don't really like.( You know
the one that thinks he KNOWS everything about anything.)

2. A***gift to one of your computer buddies.

3. A donation to a church rummage sale. ( Just don't give to the church
you go to.)

4. A great item to bribe your nephews into almost anything, if you give
them the game.

LOL. So they even got the aerodynamics wrong too????
Now cmon fellas, it's not everyday that someone is so generous to
come along and give us just the reason we are looking for to shit on
them without any fear of guilt or making a mistake. Thanks MS.
