I think I've found the problem. It seems to be that if you're not
using a 3dfx graphics card and hence not using the 3dfx drivers then
it's not going to work :(
At least as far as I was able to test it on my
machine it seems that games which use Direct3D for
graphics also use special D3D keyboard handling routines. These
keyboard handling routines seem to bypass the normal windows
keyboard handlers and for that reason GPLOMe cannot 'eavesdrop'
on what keys you're pressing in the game...So it cannot detect
the hotkey events. This is just a theory..but I tried several
games with both 3dfx and D3D drivers and GPLOMe didn't work
in any of the games with D3D as the gfx driver. 3dfx worked
just fine. It's probably not only D3D, but other gfx drivers
which have their own keyboard handling too..OpenGL for
example..
If anyone has ideas on how to solve this problem please email
me. But for now non-3dfx users are our of luck..

Casper

Sounds fantastic. There have been too many times when I've started to
type something, taken my eyes off the screen for a split second only to
go flying off the road.
Now all I've got to think of are the most common things I would like
normally like to type, such as 'Oi, you in the Eagle, get the f*ck out
of my way!' :-)
Or 'Nice move! NOT!' as someone tries some late braking on me and
crashes off into the bushes. Hehe!
