Check out Littleracer.com too. They have tons of new cars and dashes.
You can even see what the cars/dashes look like before you download
them.
GTinsider has a ton of cars too and a great SCGT forum.
OT: If you have a relativley fast computer (P2 400+), I would recommend
that you download the "graphic pop up fix" and "3D wheel fix" over at
Littleracer.com. I was always dissapointed with the graphics during the
replays because of the poly count changes (gets higher as the car moves
in close, gets lower as the car moves away). The change after the patchs
is amazing! The wheels are now always 3D and the graphic pop up is
almost gone (totally gone on some cars).
You can really appreciate how good the cars really look.
