An AMD Duron cpu of equal speed (Mhz rating) to a Celeron cpu is actually
about 10% faster "overall" than the Celeron (in a wide range of benchmarks
and game fps tests).

You'll love the Athlon 1.33GHz with 256MB DDR. I just upgraded my V5
system with it but didn't bother overclocking.
GPL: 800x600, 4 x FSAA with all details and sound is pegged at 36fps.
N4: 800x600, 2 x FSAA (didnt try 4 times yet :-). Every detail and 24
sounds (ok mirrors to 25%) and 42 AI all drawn gets 20+ fps. When
driving online it averages 45 fps.
F12000: Everything maximum, 22 AI, 22 drawn gets 19fps on the starts!
With a GeForce or ATI those FPS should easily double.
