Missing ICRS race setups..

Hi, I have recently bought ICR and have been using the race
conditions for the ICRS II series as a kind of benchmark for
setting up and enjoying the game. I've been getting this data from
        the ICS/Announce directory on didnt.doit.wisc.edu.

The files for Portland and Mid-Ohio are missing (Race#3 and
Race#10). Does anyone know where I can find them? They'd be
        called Race#3.txt and Race#10.txt.

        Thank you,

p.s. - since I currently have only 5 megs of ram, does this
preclude me from taking part in a future series (ICRS III)?
I understand that one track (4 mile road) requires 8 meg.

Which division are you taking the setting from (Rookie, Pro, Champ)?  I can
get them for you.

Chances are you will have time to upgrade your system for that series.  I am
not assuming you have unlimited funds, or else you'd already have 8 megs.
I'm only thinking that you will probably want to upgrade your system between
now and then for many other reasons.

At any rate, There are different divisions to compensate for drivers' skills
and system limitations.   It hasn't been thoroughly discussed yet, but there
may be 4 divisions for ICRS-III, to hopefully accomodate most every setup.

If you'd actually like to try it for real, you're welcome to join up for the
last part of the season, good practice huh?  Rookie division is more than
appropriate for a test run.
