Obviously you dont read this newsgroup, or you are new. There has been
official conformation that a 3dfx patch IS COMING for n2

There's no doubt it's being worked upon, that much is beyond question.

Cheers!

>For thre record, so am I - just in case someone hadn't noiced yet. ;-)

Seriously now, what fun would discussions be if people weren't
opinionated?

I think I'd stay over on CompuServe for a few weeks. I reckon folks
would get a bit tetchy around here </understatement>.

Cheers!

If you believe the latter then you must yourself be the former.

No, there really hasn't. 3dFX do not own NASCAR2, and hence they
cannot "officially confirm" anything other than that they are working
on it - they have no influence in the decision of when/if to release
it. Hence the reason that everyone should politely ask Papyrus to put
this at the top of our Christmas wish list.

Cheers!
John

PS - POLITE : a. having refined manners, courteous; cultivated,
cultured; refined, elegant.

ROFL! Someone obviously in "opening mouth and placing foot deep inside"
mode....

John may be splitting hairs here but he is 100% correct in what he has
been saying.

Cheers,

I agree, it is usually through disagreements and spirited debate that
anything with some resemblence to truth is revealed.

just a bit of an understantment thats for sure. this place would be so
crowded with people YELLING it would be scary.

as for opinionated, it great to have your own opinion, but everyone must
still have an open mind to have any sort of discussion, or else it would
be an arguement  :)

Sniff, forgotten me already... We met last year.

Since you've met me I'd assume you would be more qualified than most
to do so :)

Glad you like it. If you and Stuart are up for some more racing there
may be another "network racing weekend" organised sometime soon near
London. Probably racing F1RS, NASCAR2, maybe TOCA that sort of thing.
Let me know if you're up for it.

Cheers!
John
