I bought my UK copy from Interact! in Pasadena CA back in November. They have
the US version now.

I kept going back to Best Buy (because it is close by) but they never
got it and still don't have it. I did find it at Micro Center. I
don't know what Best Buy has against UbiSoft but try various stores
(unless you want to buy online of course.)
