Congratulations! Someone has found a way to hack the .exe and/or data files to
change the characteristics of the chassis and engines! Or, maybe, only change
the names to protect the innocent?

Seriously, didn't think that you could do _anything_ to either the chassis or
engine other than change the names in both ICR and NASCAR. No Horse
Pressure changes, torque curve changes, wheelbase changes, track (width),
ad nauseum...
Can this really be done? I _really_ want to know.
