And, no, they don't replace anything with the F1's.

There has been so many posts in reference to the F2s that I went and
got the setups. Now on to Game Spyboy/VROC.

I downloaded Steve's setups and I'd love to give them a try but I don't
know how to install them.  It's my first time trying to do that.  Kinda
of a "downloaded setup ***" as it were.  :-D

I'm assuming that you have to put the appropriate files in the various
track directories.  I've looked in there and saw file like "setup.fe1".
Steve's files are named something like "WG_fe2.fe2".  I extracted that
file into the Watkins Glen directory but when I went into Car Setup all
I could see was the default setup.  Do I have to rename the files or
what?  Or is there something else I have to do?

If someone could give me detailed instructions I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks,

Phil

You need to extract the files to the dir \gpl\players\(your
name)\setups\(track)\
Also check that you have selected the right type of car otherwise the setup
won't show. The .fe2 shows that it is a Ferrari advanced trainer(F2) setup.
You are either extracting to the wrong dir or you have selected the wrong
car.  Make sure the files arent zipped with a path, so there aren't any
subdirectories in the above dir.
