Hi, I read r.a.s. long time ago, and I was wondering where are ras readers
from ...

As you can see in the topic Im from Spain, here people who likes motorsports
(four wheels I mean) are a minority ... and I have seen recently some posts
from Spain. I thought I was alone here :)

I see lots of N2 post I think most of them from US ... (?)

And girls ?? there are girls here ?  my sister likes only one driving game
(not a sim) NFS2 ... I dont know how she doesnt likes GP2, GPL, ...

Excuse my English

Hi Ayrton (great name BTW!)

I'm from Scotland in the U.K.. I'm not sure about girls on r.a.s.,
Alison is the only one I know of (but Alison is more into sims than
most of the guys here!). My sister has tried to drive once or twice
and my girlfriend once did a 188mph lap of Loudon in ICR2, but that
was two years ago and she hasn't looked at it since!

Cheers!
John

I live in Tampico. A city at the Gulf of Mexico, 375 miles south McAllen
Texas.

MotorSports are popular in Mexico. There are about 5 different leagues
(including four wheels and power boats). People here are getting more
involved and interested in auto racing thanks to Adrian Fernandez
performance in the Cart Series this year.

Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada
As for racing around here, we have MASCAR (Maritime association of
stock car racing)  They put on a really good show!  I also went to see my
first Winston Cup race at Loudon, NH last July.  It is as close as the
cup guys get to me (a 13 hour bus ride! Dale Earnhardt finished second so
it was all worth it!)  NASCAR put on a great show, I just hope it doesn't
get ruined like some other pro sports.

Representing western Canada, I'm from Salmon Arm, British Columbia,
about five hours east of Vancouver.  We have an NHRA-sanctioned
track about 90 minutes away (Ashcroft) but the closest NASCAR
tracks are in Washington state (the trucks ran at Monroe, near
Seattle, last weekend).  I was lucky enough to attend two Winston
Cup races last season, the inaugural race at Fontana and the fall
race at Phoenix.  Both were great races and the Fontana track is
an awesome facility.  The sport needs more like it.

Been so damn busy at work lately Goy. My brother became father to a beatiful
little lady on Friday, which  mean I have to run the family business more or
less alone the first few weeks. So life has been quite busy these last
weeks.
Anyway, my "revenge" comes in June as he will do the working as I head to
France and the 24 hr at Le Mans. :))))

Any others going?
