I have Grand Prix II and the T1 works fine. However, after a practice
or race when I hit the esc key my computer locks up every time. Any
clue to why this is happening?

In Indycar II and Nascar I can load the program fine put it will not
recognize the T1. I used to run these under the first version of
Windows 95 with no problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I miss racing.

Shoot your friend..

If you are running the games through Win 95 then consider
re-calibrated the joystick in Windows 95

I had a similar problem. Indycar2 would recognize the T1 in Dos and
Nascar2 would not recognize the T1 at all.

For Win95b users with FAT32 drives!!!

Backup you car sets in your original N2
Download the new Nascar2 patch.
(Read the complete instructions at Sierra's website)
Do a full complete new install of N2.
Do not run game.
Apply the approiate patch (V1.00 or V1.01)
Reboot
Go to Nascar2 and run game.
It will find your T1, calibrate and go run some laps.

By doing this install and patch this way, I have not experienced any
of the problems with the N2 patch.

common problem with an easy fix.
go to device manager ,disable your gameport, than go to add new hardware
add a thrustmaster gamecard even if u dont have 1 .
after u restart go back to device man. go to thrustmaster gamecard ,click
properties, than check OFF the auto setting ,than change base
configurations untill it reads 201 201 ,restart and than cal in the
control panel.
and still keep your orignal gameport disabled
