Updating GPL for Cooper and Honda?

I've tried updating GPL with the Teamfix patch but it won't update the
emblems in the player screens. It says something about not being able to
find the corresponding stuff in the Layout file. Does anyone have a copy of
the files it replaces so that I can do it manually? Also... is there a place
I can find the unpack utility for the layout file too?
