How do you go about changing the tyre compounds on in GP2, either in
practice, qualifying sessions or in a race. You were able to do this
in F1GP, why can't I in the latest version?

Because, as in real F1 Goodyear picked the compound. The teams don't
have any choice. This will probably change in 97 as Bridgestone enters
the sport.

Because in 1994 all F1 teams used the same compound tyre's and since
there's no wet races, we dont need wet tyre's.

This brings me to a question. If the teams get no choice of tyre
compounds, who is actually paying for the tyres?

1, Bridgestone entering won't change things too much. The teams will
have 2 choices during the weekend  of which they will have to nominate
one after the practice sessions are over (I think).
2, Some teams pay for the tyres, others don't. It depends on the deal
they have with Goodyear. The Big 4 don't pay for their tyres, neither do
a lot of the others.
